2019 Washington County Youth Leadership Team

The Washington County Youth Leadership program is sponsored each year by the Chamber of Commerce along with local organizations and businesses.  The Youth Leadership team is made up of 12 students each from both local high schools and is designed to help these 10th & 11th graders develop leadership potential and to acquaint them with community needs and resources through special training and interaction with community leaders.  The 24 students, who were selected by their schools, had an unusual year as a result of COVID-19, yet they persevered and proved that they are the future leaders of Washington County and beyond.
