The Fall Line Artist Guild is a nonprofit organization working to promote the visual arts in Washington County and surrounding counties.

The Guild, Inc.
Each year the Guild of Washington County sells Kaolin Festival T-shirts to raise money to support the women and children of Washington County.
With the money raised from past year’s Festival shirt sales, they have awarded multiple scholarships to high school seniors; significantly supported the Washington County Youth Leadership Program; and also contributed to the Boys and Girls Club, the Christian Life Center, First Love Kids, the Sunshine House, and Waco Care and Share.
In addition, The Guild used shirt proceeds to provide Christmas gifts for children in Washington County’s foster care system and provide vital toiletries and over the counter medicines and medical equipment for underprivileged patients at Children’s Healthcare of Sandersville.
Every year, they strive to increase the positive impact they have on the community even more than the one before.
Joe Giddens Youth Mission, Inc.
Joe Giddens Youth Mission, Inc.'s goal is to inform youth of the impact their decisions will have on their lives and that of others.
They fulfill their goal by organizing and funding assembly programs aimed at youth, ten to sixteen years of age.
Kaolin Civitan Club
Civitan is an organization of volunteer service clubs, dedicated to helping people in their own communities.
Civitans help wherever the need arises - from volunteering to help the elderly, to donating gifts and money to children with disabilities.
Overview's mission is to identify problems, provide services, and operate programs in an effort to enable elderly and economically disadvantaged citizens to achieve self-sufficiency.
The Pilot Club of Washington County's mission is to serve the community by promoting brain awareness.
They complete several projects throughout the year, such as their adorable Brain Minders Puppet Show that teaches children about brain safety and their annual Car Seat Safety Check.
Relay for Life - Washington County
The Washington County extension of the famous organization Relay for Life joins the fight against cancer.
Relay For Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one day cancer will be eliminated.
Safe Haven, Citizens Against Violence
Safe Haven's mission is to serve, strengthen, and support adult and child victims of domestic violence through the provision of emergency shelter and community-based services.

History and Community
East Central Georgia Consortium
"Leading today's workforce into tomorrow's educational and labor opportunities" Located in the East Central part of Georgia, East Central Georgia Consortium's services reach out to the every day labor force and to the business community. Services are offered free to the walk-in customer or by appointment as needed.
Their Career Center Specialists are trained to assist customers in job search activities, career and training options, advisement, and in resume writing. Staff is also available who can provide more direct services tailored to the needs of the individual, such as specific life skills and self management training. A Certified Offender Re-entry facilitator is also on staff and ready to help individuals re-engage in the workforce even with a criminal record.
Contracted services are also available within Washington County to provide services to at risk youth throughout the region. Services to youth are based on income eligibility to youth ages 16-24. All services are evaluated by a Local Workforce Development Board made up of representatives of Washington County and surrounding counties with oversight by the elected officials of each county. Supports the protection of and advocates for the valuable historic property proudly standing at the north end of North Harris Street in Sandersville,Georgia: Sandersville Elementary School.
Their hope is for the 1939 school building to be renewed as a thriving community center.
The Transylvania Club, Inc.
The Transylvania Club is most well known for its Georgia Historical Plates, characterized by their beautiful and intricate blue or pink designs.
The Club promotes knowledge, the cultivation of literary and cultural pursuits, and the support of the Rosa M. Tarbutton Memorial Library, located in Sandersville, GA.

The Washington County Elderite Association operates and maintains the historic Elderite Building, a place where Washington County Senior Citizens can gather.

The mission of the Washington County Historical Society is to promote a program for the appreciation of history and the natural and social sciences.
